DIRECT SUPPORT STAFF
$9.50 – $11.00 per hour
Heavenly Touch of Class Healthcare Services, LLC is looking for caregivers who is willing to work with individuals who are intellectual disabilities. Candidates will be responsible for providing care and assistance to clients in their home or in a community setting. If you have prior experience working with developmentally delayed in a direct care or caregiver position is a plus, or if you would like to and opportunity to learn how to work with these individuals we encourage you to apply for this position.
LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
Heavenly Touch of Class Healthcare Services, LLC is looking for experience Licensed Practical Nurses. Qualified candidates must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English, pass a level two criminal background check, and have a valid nursing license in Florida and drug test.
DRIVER
$10.00 – $11.00 per hour
Heavenly Touch of Class Healthcare Services, LLC is looking for a driver to transport individual clients with intellectual disabilities to their Doctors’ Appointments, Banking, Shopping and Errands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide supervision and guidance for clients during skill building activities
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Must be able to work safely
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Developing and implementing individual treatment plans for clients
- Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals, Light housekeeping, sterilizing and maintaining a clean work environment and assisting with personal hygiene
- Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Must be able to read and write at a high school level
- Must have knowledge of safe work practices
- Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds
- Must be willing to help others
- Must pass a background check and drug screens

- Must demonstrate the knowledge of safe work practices
- Must demonstrate strong verbal communication, read and written skills
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Educate clients about health management
- Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Providing assessments
- Medications Administration
- Monitoring health and wellness status and documenting findings
- Able to provide medical interventions and other health-related tasks.
- Must pass a background check and drug screens
SALARY: Commensurate with experience

- Must have a valid Driver’s License in Florida (Experience Only)
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record/driving record
- Certified copy of driving history to include list of violations and sanctions
- Must follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulation
- Valid Insurance Coverage
- Must Maintain cleanliness of vehicle
- Must maintain records and logs related to all transportation
- Must not have any DUI within 5 years
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to read and write at a high school level
- Must pass a background check and drug screens
